Haha, same to Chan's family. Cherry also has her HK driving license. However, she just "forgot" to bring her driving license at our last 2 US trips :P

Besides, driving is one of relax activities. I love to drive around the city (haha, with map or GPS), take a walk at the mall or some small shops, go to beach for a lazy afternoon or even explore some new areas. You'll going to get use of it later. Besides, driving license is quite a "basic" tools -- I think you already know it from your experience :)
Take care my granddaughter, I know you can make it !

Don't know is the driving style at Australia like the one at US or not. If so, you just pick the time to drive at non-business hours. In US, a lot of housewives and seniors drive at the time to avoid those quick and busy traffic :P
By the way, once you get your driving license, you can back to your own style lah ;

Hey Cousins, I know you can muscle it through! If I can do it, you can definitely manage. I have a driving instructor like that. Actually me examiner was worst. I was driving through the intersections and my instructor taught me to kind of slow down a bit and gas it again when everything was clear, in case there was other crazy dudes who did not know what they were doing. I did the same thing and the examiner, "oh you are too slow wasting time" There was this one T-intersection, I stopped at the STOP sign, all was clear and I picked up speed and went. He said, "why don't you slow down here? It is a T-intersection. There are no cars on your side, but there may be cars on my side!" He did not fail me, but I was "a belly full of air".
